Music Ideas

So yesterday the question was asked, "What do you listen to when you're playing on the Edge?" I figured I'd go one step further and post a few links to what I listen to.

The first site is Radio-K, the college station in town. They play a wide range of music. I've heard them play Jonny Cash, Modest Mouse, The Clash, Elf Power, Metallica, Iron Maiden, all sorts of fun stuff. The home page is http://radiok.cce.umn.edu/radiok/ and there are a couple of ways that they broadcast over the net. I've used the Mid-Fi link in the past with Winamp.

My other favorite is NPR http://www.npr.org/ , MPR up here. Most Public Radio stations have a streaming audio available. For those times when you want to know what's going on in the world, and want a REALLY fair and unbalanced look at the news.

Any other suggestions?

Hi, i listen to big r radio, they play rockin alternative music and 80's heavy metal music
